Description

I just finished my Character Illustration of Tobias Wolfgang, the main character in my book. In a counter-clockwise rotation from the bottom left are Human, Anthro, Therian, Lycaon, and Okami forms. The picture of the meteorite in the background and the people pointing are involved with the origins of the werewolf, but I will not give spoilers here. I know the Shading did not turn out that well, it kinda faded. Though interestingly enough my character has Complete Heterochromia in human form. Heterochromia is when someone has two eye colors. His transformations are painful when he does not elect to transform. It is kind of like getting punched in the arm hurts more when you do not expect it. Toby is extremely powerful and very intelligent. He often stays to himself when he is around humans. He is a little more social around his own kind. Yes, he was born a werewolf. My werewolves act more orginized than typical werewolf lore. Also my werewolves are extremely allergic to Chocolate (Theobromine). Silver bullets still hurt, but that's because they are bullets. My werewolves do not transform because of a curse but of Chromosome mutations resulting from hosting a Retro-virus. The virus is transfered through Bodily fluids. (Note: Many werewolves lick their paws after eating, consequently being scratch by their claws will put you at risk of contracting the virus) A werewolf that was born human is called a thrall, which is old norse for slave. Thralls do not handle the instincts they have acquired, this may be because of their enlarged amygdalas in the brain. I am more of a Science fiction kind of guy, and I can actually make werewolves seem very real.
